Ladies, ladies. We need your advice this time: would you endorse Rodial Crash Diet ($185)? According to Rodial, it is a nutritionally balanced 2-week program with 14 sticks (water "enhancer" if you will), 10 smoothie packs and a gel to help promote fat burning. Part of us thinks it wouldn't be horrible to try (considering we were 100% healthy to begin with) but part of us thinks it's a terrible idea. So we pass this to you ladies, you tell us.

i have to add... in addition to the fact that crash dieting is probably never a good idea, even in theory (heard of yo-yos?), who the f*&$ would pay $185 for some smoothie mix and gel stuff? i'm pretty sure any of the following would be cheaper and more effective: starvation, jamba juice, or a gym membership. GOD.
