Sometimes, we get a Personal Shopper request that gets us so intrigued, we find it impossible to narrow down our options. We decided, therefore, that our beloved readers should help, since you're all as fashion-obsessed as we are. Introducing.... YOU Be the Stylist: We're faced with a reader who can't decide what to pair with a piece of clothing they've purchased. Neither can we. We'll let you vote.
Tori writes: "Hello Outblush! I LOVE your blog and read it everyday! So I knew I would want to reach out to you for styling advice for my upcoming engagement pictures. My fiance and I are having our engagement photos taken at the beach/boardwalk in NJ. We are going for a whimsical fun vibe to show off our fun-loving quirky personalities. I have picked out this dress to wear in Navy. I need help selecting shoes and accessories to complete the look. I am looking for a fun and youthful look, but nothing TOO loud. For the shoes, I really wanted to wear a hot pair of heels, but I am concerned that for the beach portion I would need to go with a wedge. I am petite, 5'0 and 110 lbs so something to keep in mind. Also, I am a poor grad student with a wedding to save for so the cheaper the better! Thank you so much in advance! Thank You! Tori"
Hey there Tori! I'm Found of You and I've found you some cute options. You said you wanted a hot pair of heels but were worried about sinking into the sand during the beach portion, so I compromised for you and picked out some hot wedges and some fun and quirky accessories to go with them.
The Dress: Mimi Chica Ruffle dress ($44, in three colors, no longer available in Navy)
