I am having trouble finding shoes i can wear to work that are comfortable, cute, and I can wear with socks (my office is so cold!). Wow, Emma, a size 4? That's teeny tiny! If you're wanting to wear socks, boots are probably your best bet. I've included a couple pairs of flats that could work with dressier socks, but you also might want to consider tights with pumps - you can go all out with fun colors and patterns, and it'll keep your toes warmer than bare feet in pumps.
