Personal Shopper: Shoes for Danielle's wedding in Scotland

Danielle writes: Hello! I'm getting married next fall in Scotland-- the ceremony is outside where it's very wet and very cold. Being from Florida, this will be a big change! I've been playing around with the idea of a pair of BRIGHT turquoise/teal flats (size 9.5/10). However, I am open to all color suggestions! Parts of my bouquet are dark purple, as is my groom's tie and my bolero jacket... Ideally, I'd like to be under $100. Please help me end my shoe hunt before my first fitting next month!
Thanks,
Danielle

Danielle, congrats on your upcoming nuptials! I, Rachel H., Outblush Operative, have consulted my awesome friend who lives in Edinburgh but hails from California. She thinks you're a little crazy for getting married outside in Scotland in the Fall, saying "She will freeeeeze!", but when pressed, she said, "I would wear flats and thick nylons with my dress... or knee-high flat boots like the ones I'm wearing just now! That would be warmer and cute, but flats would be cutesy cute." So... here are some cute flats in turquoise, purple, and plaid (it's Scotland!), plus some purple flat boots to consider. Good luck, and watch out for those hairy heilan' coo!

2 - Coach Flats ($138)
