Emily writes: "Hello! I need your help. I absolutely love the look of the Frye Engineer 12R Boots. The downside is that I am a vegetarian and I don't wear leather or suede. I can usually find sythetic boots that work just fine (target, alloy, other places that sell cheap shoes) but I am in love with the look of this pair of boots. I plan on pairing them with flowery dresses and tights. A sweet country chic look. I wear a 7.5. My maximum budget is $150. Thank you!"
Hi Emily! I, Rachel H., found only one pair of true engineer style boots in a synthetic leather, but they just come in black: Airseal Engineer's Boots ($150, not pictured). It doesn't seem like black's what you're going for, so I found you some other animal-friendly boots that will help you achieve your desired country chic look at your next haute down. Yee haw!
