Heather writes: "Dear Outblush Staff-- Another huge Outblush fan here! I love your Personal Shopper posts, and I'm hoping you might be able to help me with a long and so far unfruitful quest-- I am looking for the perfect carry-on bag. I have lived a plane's ride away from my family for several years now, and my boyfriend and I travel frequently. Though I love large tote bags, the aching in my shoulders and back the day after traveling have led me to believe I should be upgrading to a carry-on suitcase with wheels. My biggest complaint about the luggage I've found is that there seems to be no personality for the traveler over the age of six. My style is classic and romantic, yet playful, and I love vintage styles. My dream carry-on bag would be large enough to fit a change of clothes, medicine, jewelry, knitting, and other essentials, as well as an easily accessible pocket for my 13" MacBook and Nook (I am a writer and a teacher, and frequently need to schlep my computer and e-reader, as well as a couple of books) but small enough to comply with TSA standards. I've come to find that good luggage is expensive, but I would say my maximum budget is $200. (Like many women who see what they want, I'd be willing to pay more for the "perfect" bag.) I hope you can help with this request, not only for me, but for all women out there wishing to travel effortlessly in style!"
