Christina C. writes, "I am a young college student that has been obsessed with the Louis Vuitton Speedy bag ($800+, center of picture) for as long as I can remember. However, young college student budget in mind, the $700 price tag just doesn't fit within any realm of my current reality. Not to mention that Louis Vuitton bags ARE NOT leather (impregnated vinyl, for goodness sakes!). Anyway, I would love to find a slouchy looking, two handled bag that has the same sort of silhouette (I'm going almost for a doctor bag kind of look). I would much prefer for it to be a leather bag, because you really can't beat leather, and it would be even sweeter of a deal if it came in under $250. You guys do such great work with your Personal Shopper section, and I just wanted to see if I too could get in on all the fun and goodness of some Outblush love! Thanks, Christina"

I was just lamenting the same thing about Burberry - a $2000 purse and it's PVC, not leather!

I just gout a Lola satchel from Harvey's Seatbelt bags that's the same LV speedy shape (much cheaper price if ordered online from http://materialgirlinc.com/ - they price match + 10% if you find it slightly cheaper somewhere else...) it's not leather, but seatbelts are just as sturdy - I swear by their bags. It comes in pink, brown, black and peony (peach). Just my $0.02 - another cute alternative. :)
