Personal Shopper: Ginger's Complete Outfit for Less

Ginger writes: "I found out about you from MODG, and I have an outfit that is super cute, but way too expensive. Any awesome ideas to re-create it cheaply?"

Ginger, it looks like we have the same taste in clothes because we have been eyeing this outfit for some time now. Too bad the shirt, pants, and sandals in the aspire photo cost a whopping $577 - we agree that there have to be other similar, stylish, wallet-friendly alternatives. Thankfully, we were able to find affordable options for just about everything. In addition to the blouse above, we found this top ($68) from Nordstrom, and we think it would look great with the pants pictured above, or these Ankle-Cut Skinny Jeans ($72). Be sure to check sites like Piperlime (where the original items are from), Nordstrom, Last Call, Forever 21 (especially for unbeatable prices on accessories), and DSW (for great prices on sandals). We think you will look fabulous when you put these pieces together, and we can't wait to do the same for ourselves!

1. Silk Pocket Top ($198)
2. Solid Cuff Bracelet ($22)
3. STS Blue 'Getaway' Flare Leg Jeans ($54)
4. Crystal Chain Drop Earring ($24)
5. G BY GUESS Lannea Sandal ($39.95)
6. BC Footwear Sting Ray Sandal ($29.95)

katespade2.jpgLovetoAccessorize here: I adore accessories and love all things vintage, lace, and sequins. I believe a woman can never have too many little black dresses, as black is always chic and sexy. I'm not afraid to wear beautiful bright colors and keep things fun and fresh. If you're looking for the perfect pair of heels to complete your outfit, or need new bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and bangles, I'm your girl.

I keep promising myself that this will be the year that I get a pair of white jeans or slacks for the first time. I'm just having trouble finding one that fits right. I'm a "supreme curve" according to the new calculator on the Levi's site. It's just hard to find a pant that fits in white - particularly since any areas that bind or gap are so much more evident with a white fabric.
