Emily N. writes, "Dear Personal Shopper, In a months time, I am traveling to New York to get married in a small informal "elopement" wedding. The plan is for the both of us to pick a wedding outfit the day of the wedding for a low-budget price. Although I can't plan too much ahead I am having trouble envisioning a dress/outfit that is bride material but totally informal so that I can wear my flip flops and play afterwords.
