Personal Shopper: Chelsea and Her Wedding Bells

Chelsea writes: "I need some help, and because you all have fabulous taste and great suggestions I thought I would come straight to you girls!
I have a wedding in September. I need a dress and shoes and don't want to break the bank. I would like to spend no more than $250 total. I know it will still be warm in September, but I know this wedding is going to be fancy shmancy and I will need to be dressed appropriately. I don't really have a color preference, I love brights, prints, classic, fun, anything really. I am 5'8 and don't often wear heels but since my boyfriend is super tall I would love to get some awesome pumps. I also am a D cup so unfortunately I can't get away with anything too low cut without looking trashy and I HAVE to wear a bra. So you can see why I need some help! I know you ladies will come through for me, Thanks so much! xo Chels"

I prefer the hardcore body modification scene but can also appreciate a ruffle or bow when I see one. Beauty and barrels of maternity/kid crap are my specialties. When you need help finding the right shade of eyeliner to match that new shade of "I haven't slept in days" tint your skin gets after a baby or four, call on me. Loudly.

dress number 2 is amazing! I own it in navy blue, and I describe it as formal yoga wear because it is so stretchy. I wore it to a wedding and got complimented on it all night!

Love all the combos...however #3 is a standout for me. The colors are so intense! LOVE.
