Personal Shopper: Blue Fairy Dresses for Emily

I wasn't sure what I would ever request help on...until today! I was recently cast in a local musical production of Pinocchio and am searching for a bright blue party dress that would work for my role as the Blue Fairy. I would also love the dress to be able to work for a few upcoming late summer/fall weddings. Your help would be very much appreciated!
