Personal Shopper: Anna's Family Trip to Germany

Anna writes: "Hi Outblush!! Thanks for all your help in the past - now I have a new task for you! I'm going to Germany with my family in August. It will be sort of early-fall weather there, highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s. We're doing lots of walking and tours - with a bunch of stops at bier gartens if my brother and I get our way! Generally, I live in dresses but it seems seasonably inappropriate. I'm on a hunt for some cute new jeans but I need your help with a new maxi dress, cute tops for my jeans (that I can wear in front of my parents!) and a great bold-colored crossbody bag to keep everything in. I'm thinking neutrals and some fall colors - nothing too beachy. I'm a size 4 in clothes and I'd like to spend $80 or less per piece on clothes and under $150 on the bag. Thanks so much! Your loyal stalker, Anna"

Hi Anna, I'm Found of You! Here are some clothes for your trip that you can mix and match, but that aren't boring. I didn't include shoes because you didn't mention them, but I can certainly help you with that if you like. Just holla!

1 - Talbot's Origami Fold Tee ($45, in six colors)
2 - The Limited Ruffle Top ($35, in three colors)
3 - Talbot's Flutter Pleat Tee ($40, in five colors)
4 - Cloud Cardigan ($70)
5 - Calvin Klein Striped Flyaway Cardigan ($60)
6 - JPK Paris 'Spark' Nylon Messenger Bag ($84)
7 - Tyler Rodan Clinton Crossbody ($69, in three colors)
8 - Nine West Hey Jute Small Crossbody ($47, in four colors)
9 - Lucky Brand Ojai Canvas Crossbody Mailbag ($77, in two colors)
10 - Prophecy Chiffon Maxi Dress ($48)
11 - French Connection Bow Front Maxi Dress ($98, this would be my pick, because it would be great for hiding a beer bloated tummy!)
12 - Olivia Moon Colorblock Maxi Dress ($45, in three colors)

Thanks so much, Found of You!! I'm loving the origami tee and the Tyler Rodan bag (bonus: matching wallet and umbrella!) Sadly the French Connection dress must be sold out and doesn't come up on Google shopping but I'm sure my local H&M will have something similar. Covering up the impending beer pooch is a must :)

Anna, I live in Germany, and let me also tell you another thing that women over all wear to help you fit in! Scarves and jean skirts and tights with knee high boots! You'll be rocking the same looks all the frauen over here do! You can also wear the dresses you love so much the same way, with tights and boots if a shorter dress and with tights and flats for a maxi!! Have a great time, it's wonderful over here!

Oh my gosh, that Nine West bag... Argh! If only I hadn't sworn not to get a new bag for another 2 years. D:
