Personal Shopper: Alternative Suit Jackets for Jamie M

Jamie M. wrote, "Hi Outblush, I'm a loyal reader and love your personal shopping feature. You are a godsend for those of us who are fashion-challenged. I'm a lawyer who is allowed to wear business casual clothes during the summer, but we're supposed to go back to full suits for the fall. I've gotten used to wearing comfortable cardigans and am dreading having to return to heavy suit jackets. I'd love to find a separate jacket (or something that could pass as a jacket) that would be office-appropriate but would be more comfortable than a traditional suit jacket. I remember seeing some jersey fabric jackets last year that looked great and would be very versatile. I generally wear black or gray dress pants, so something predominately black or gray may be best. I'm short, wear a size 14, and am definitely pear-shaped (but also with a large bust), so finding a jacket with appropriate proportions that accentuates my waist is always hard for me. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you! Jamie M."
