Hallie writes: Hi Ladies of the most awesome website ever! I've been a faithful follower for years now and now, I'm in dire need of your help. And luckily this request is a bit different from the usual. In January, I'll be making the largest leap in my adult life -- I'll be a new partner in a design/marketing agency (yay!) and will be involved in all client-facing creative pitches. These meetings will likely involve me dragging along my 15" macbook pro for presentations. And I DESPERATELY need a client-ready, non-cartoon-character-covered, protective/padded, daily use laptop bag. And preferably one that can also hold essential accoutrements associated with laptops - power cord, cordless mouse, trusty paper notebook, new business cards. I, like some awful designer stereotype, wear mainly black, so maybe something either in black/grey or surprise me with some fun color, god knows my wardrobe needs it!
Many many many thanks in advance!
Hey Hallie, Robin here with a big congrats for your new role! These laptop bags provide more than ample space for all the things you'll tote in addition to your trusty computer. If none of these quite fit your style, find yourself a great laptop case/sleeve and a bag big enough to hold your machine - there are a lot of great messenger and tote bags that would work well. Also, I have to tell you from personal experience I'd highly recommend bag #1 - it's large but it has a ton of useful pockets and compartments and expands to basically contain anything you could want to put in it. Good luck!
