Dear Personal shopper, I'm a college student looking for a commuter bicycle to get to and from class. I have a tight budget(under $500, cheaper the better), but I want something that lasts. It has to be light weight to carry up to my apartment. I cant really handle road bike handle bars, and I want something chic! Hope you can help! -AnnaMaria
