Personal Shopper: A Denmark Dinner Party Dress for Bettina

Bettina writes, "Dear Outblush-team, I am a loyal follower of your blog, all the way from Denmark. So now that I am in desperate need of help, who else to turn to, than the amazing Outblush-team<3. I am going to a fancy dinner-party for my father-in-law, as he is retirering as headmaster of a private school. I have been lusting for Miu Miu Spazzolato Spectator pumps forever, and now I finally got a pair, so I would really like to wear them to this event.

And this is where I'm stuck. I do not know what dress to wear with them. Please please please will you help me? I am a size 10 but with a large D-cup, so no dresses that are really tight on top. V-necks definitely works best for me. I am rather pale all year round, so nude dresses aren't really good for me. Also light grey tends to make me look washed out. I have been looking at dark grey and black dresses, but all I could find just looks so.... blah. Boring. I don't know what colors would look great with the shoes other than that, so I really hope you can help.

I mostly wear "neutral" colors with accessories in fun colors, so a full dress in bright colors like pink and electric blue, aren't really my thing ;) The event is in late June, so it will probably be nice and warm, but it should still be a dress I can wear a thin cardigan or jacket with, in case the weather is mean. No long sleeves, and no bare back. Small cap sleeves would be great. My budget is around the $250, preferably. I really look forward to what you come up with!"

Hi Bettina! Layla here, thanks for writing in from Denmark...that's awesome! Those Miu Miu pumps are to die for, aren't they? Glad to see you snagged a pair! I've picked out a few dresses for you to go with your new heels, all under $250, with cap sleeves, and in a variation of a darker neutral shade. I think a jeweled purple tone would look stunning with the pumps! Oh, and each dress is shippable to Denmark since that's the most important part!
