Personal Shopper: A Casual 30th Birthday Outfit for Nicole

I'm 5'10" and a size 12. I don't need tall sizes, but do prefer shirts to go longer than just hitting at the waist. No heels, skinny jeans, leggings or short dresses for the day please, besides that I'm up for anything! Maybe something w/ a cardigan/jacket of some sort would be great since we might be outside. And because it's not that far away, I'd rather not order anything online. I'd like to spend no more than $150-$175.
