Alex commented on our 30DD bras personal shopper post, "Hey Outblush, I saw this post and was inspired to get your advice for me. I am a 36DD and I'm trying to find a sports bra that I can actually wear to work out in. My problem is that they are still not secured and move too much when I work out. This is especially hard if I run on a treadmill or play DDR (Dance Dance Revolution). Please help me find a bra that I can work out in that works for me."
Alex, speaking as a fellow member of the DD-and-up club, you're never going to completely eliminate bouncing. I can tell you from personal experience that these puppies are just too big to be contained! (Well, mine are, at least...) But, there are lots of great bras that can minimize the bounce-age to a tolerable level. Read on!
