Sometimes, more than one editor wants to get their hands on an especially juicy Personal Shopper Request. Usually, the person who gets in their dibs first takes the cake, but this time it. is. ON! Found of You and Mitchy are battling it out to see who can dress Katie the bestest. Outblush Readers: Determine who wins the styling contest by voting for your favorite look!
Katie writes: Hi! I recently bought this poppy red Material Girl dress when it was on sale at Macy's. It's a cute little dress, and it was so inexpensive, but I have no idea how to make an outfit out of it. It's definitely too plain for me to wear it on it's own. I'm looking for belts, shoes, and jewelry that might go well with it. Also maybe a nice jacket or sweater that would work with it. I LOVE bangles, but I have tiny wrists, so most bangles fall right off of me. The dress itself is already very bright and colorful, so I'm not sure what shades would go best with it. Also I don't know what to put together without overpowering the look. As for shoes, I wear a size 8, and I prefer flats and comfortable heels. I'm on a budget (always), so it would be great if I could put an outfit together for less than $100, but I'll make an exception if there is a great jacket or pair of shoes to go with the dress. There's no special event coming up. I just want to wear this dress! Please let me know if you can help. Thanks! -Katie
