Bright blue can be a tough color to pull off, especially when there are feathers involved. That's precisely why Anne Hathaway deserves a full week of attention from OB, she can wear cobalt feathers better than anyone else we have seen! She not only wears the dress, but pulls it off with the grace of a supermodel. We aren't nearly as ambitious in our fashion risks, so we're going to stick to something a bit more understated like this Blue Ruffled Dress by ZsaZsaZsu ($213). Even that seems like a challenge.
