At first, we were hesitant to do a post on yesterday's wedding of Khloe Kardashian to Lamar Odom, since a) girl is on her honeymoon and is *busy*, and b) we don't know if she can actually read. But we're plunging into the abyss anyways, and recommending that Mrs. Kardashian-Odom purchase (and peruse) The Nest Newlywed Handbook: An Owner's Manual for Modern Married Life. ($16) It's full of practical advice on everything from merging finances to friends to families, from real modern women who've been there & done that. We doubt much common sense entered into your decision to wed ASAP, so taking a hard look at the realities of wedded bliss is advisable. And, on a more personal note - 'cause we really do wish y'all happiness - don't do the reality show thing. Let the failed camera-dogged unions of Nick & Jessica and Carmen & Dave be a lesson in how not to navigate newlywed life.
