Fall wedding?? I'm from VT and probably grew up next the one of the farms that bottles these... def not a fall thing. Maple Syrup is a spring thing!

True, Lindsay, but to us non-New Englanders, maple syrup is such a fall/winter flavor... Add in the maple leaf-shaped bottles, and our imagery-centric minds are sold.
But also, when is maple syrup NOT tasty? Never.
