Since your dog can't sweat, and you insist on taking him outside in Equatorial like temperatures, the least you can do is hook him up with some added comfort in the form of the Kool Collar ($16). A reusable freezer tube is placed inside his new washable and easy to use collar - keeping him cool as a cucumber. By keeping your dog cool, you'll help prevent heat stroke and other heat related pooch problems, and you'll be able to enjoy his company outside during these oppressively hot summer months.

Dogs sweat thought their paw pads and pant to cool off.
While this collar may help I would still keep a fido inside in temps above 85 degrees especially dogs like the one in the picture. And never leave your dog in a car, even with the windows cracked. A dogs normal temp runs 100 to 102.5 degrees F and only takes a few minutes for them to over heat and suffer from heat stroke.
