Imogen Heap has made a name for herself thanks to her breathy voice and cleverly orchestrated electronica music. Her new album, Sparks ($10), lives up to her usual pleasant sound and top-notch artistry. Although critics are "heap"ing praise onto this album, they don't hold out much hope for it getting any mainstream radio play because the tracks work best in succession to create an overall mood. Sparks is about an experience, not a hit single.
