Oh, if we were all as talented as Pete Yorn, whose sixth studio album, the aptly entitled Pete Yorn ($8), came about in a matter of five days after an email prompted him to Oregon. This raw and edgy album is full of introspective tracks about relationships, fear and nerves, and reminds us why the term singer/songwriter is not always a bad one. "Future Life," "Paradise Cove I," and "Rock Crowd," are grabbing us at first listen, but there's not a bad one in the bunch!
