It's been twenty years since Tracy Champan took the world by a storm with the sweeping "Talking 'Bout a Revolution," and, while the singer has lost some of that twenty-something fire, Our Bright Future ($12) is still poignant and political. Chapman pairs with Joni Mitchell's ex husband (and producer), Larry Klein, to create a mix of sleepy love songs and gentle political admonishments. Stand-out tracks include "Sing for You," and the title track, "Our Bright Future."
