How We Operate by Gomez

Gomez's latest album has been out for a while, but we've recently just started really giving it a good listen to. The UK quintet have a super warm, eclectic pop-rock sound that makes How We Operate ($12) their best effort yet. It's definitely not easy listening, but it's certainly easy to listen to. Plus, when your indie-loving brother sees this CD in your car, you'll gain instant cred. Standout tracks: "Notice" and "How We Operate."
