Criterion has announced that The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie ($36) will be going out of print on June 30th. They didn't take into account the fact that we weren't done pushing Luis Buñuel's surrealist satire of upper class life on our friends. However, by going out of print, it does make those of us who own it that much cooler...the allure of the rare. Maybe we like this arrangement after all.
