Any of you readers remember Max Headroom from the 80's?

No? Okay, clearly, we're dealing with a younger demographic than we thought. For those of you not in the know, Max Headroom was this weird quasi-computer animated* music video-cum-quiz show-cum talk show that somehow captured the attention of the whole world, thanks to dry humor, some strange graphics and his signature staccato speech patterns. Max! Bought the video during a holiday to London in 1986 - at the Virgin Records store. Still have it.
