For those parents who make their own baby food, BOOM! The Sili Squeeze Combo Pack ($22) just happened. We made our own baby food for our first child (now two), and will continue the tradition with our second child, who is just now starting to eat solids. We looked and looked for a way to transport homemade food and had to settle on clunky, bulky plastic containers that took up more space in the diaper bag than they were really worth. So we started buying prepackaged squeeze pouches, upwards of $2 a serving. Considering that we can make our own baby food for just a few pennies per meal, that hurt our souls and our budgets. But the Sili Squeeze is a game changer. It is BPA-free, phthalate-free, portable, reusable, easy to squeeze, and most importantly, easy to clean. Every piece of the setup is top-rack dishwasher safe, which is music to any parent's ears. Not to mention how much better these are for the environment. We were so excited to find these gems that we bought one in every size (4- and 6-ounce pouches) and in every color (Citrus, Apple, Leaf, and Reef). But if you only need two, you can pick which colors you want.
