Salem Baking Co. Moravian Spice Cookies
Reason #9765439 we don't really mind the cool weather and winter months: ginger. Ginger is the best spice in the whole world and during the chilly season, it's in everything. We sip down some ginger tea, roll out plenty of gingerbread man cookies to bake, and gobble up way too many of these Moravian Spice Cookies ($17) baked by the Salem Baking Company. If you ever wanted to taste the holidays in a cookie, you've got to try one of these. They're baked with ginger from the Far East, cloves from Madagascar and allspice from Jamaica. Now if we could only bottle up their smell and turn it into a candle. It would be a heavenly scent, that's for sure!
