Are your late nights and early mornings catching up with you? Get back on track with the WakeMate ($60). Slip on the wristband, set the application on your phone or iPad, and let it wake you at the optimal time in your sleep cycle. You can track your sleep progress online each day. Doctors may generally recommend at least eight hours of sleep each night, but because the WakeMate monitors your sleep cycles, you'll get perfectly tailored sleep advice. We're hoping our sleep advice is somewhere along the lines of, "Sleep twelve hours a day and stay in your pajamas until 6:00pm." We're already good at that. We did it last Sunday!
