We'd hate to recommend products that we ourselves don't love or have tried, but with millions of products out there, there just aren't enough hours in the day to try them all. We came across the Rodial Skinny Beach Sticks ($60) and like most diet/supplement products wondered, are these legit? The people are Rodial make some killer products, so we tend to believe they know what they're doing - but a product that tones, slims and protects us from sunburns? Get out! Beta-carotene and lycopene are said to help build up tanning pigments in the skin, while green tea extracts and meadowsweet supposedly encourage fat loss. So this is a call to ladies who have tried this - are we turning into skinny beaches after consuming these sticks?
