Fitter First Bongo Board
What is it with us and exercise equipment lately? Oh yeah, that's right, we've been trying on holiday clothes (don't even get us started on the lighting in dressing rooms). The Bongo Board ($100) is a little different, but can produce some pretty great results. Like yoga, it gives us a heightened sense of body awareness, increases coordination and strengthens our core. Oh, and we get to stand on it and pretend we're in the opening credits of Hawaii Five-O.
