Oh, how we adore resolutions around here. Recently, we've been reading about how people who write down everything they eat and record their exercise actually lose more weight. So, with a shrug and a sweet "What the hell?" we've decided to give it a shot. What's cool about the Fitbook Fitness Nutrition Journal ($23) is that it features a 12-week goal setting system and space to do our daily tracking. It's small enough to tote around with us and even has a slot on the back for our gym membership card or cash.
