Sensu Artist Brush
We wouldn't call ourselves artists, per se, but we've beaten everyone we've ever played Draw Something with. We're still not certain that justifies the purchase of a Sensu Artist Brush ($40) for ourselves, of course, but if you actually have some artistic ability, this might be a fun gadget to play around with. This brush is usable with touchscreen devices for a real (and not finger-) painting experience. It's also a stylus, in case you've been using real paint and your hands are dirty.
