Thanks to a slightly tipsy Apple employee, we all found out about the iPhone 4 ($199 and up) nearly two months ago. But it's still pretty awesome: video calling via FaceTime, 940x640 resolution for seriously crisp graphics & text, multitasking ability, and an HD video camera (among all the other features) all add up to our newest obsession. Pre-orders start June 15th, and you'll have your Precious in your hands around June 24th.
Our only gripe? We really, really, really wish Apple would expand to other cell phone networks. Share the love, Mister Jobs! *cough VERIZON cough*

My understanding is that Apple signed a 10-year non-compete contract with AT&T, so we Verizon users won't be feeling the love for quite awhile.
Boo.

Yep, I'm not leaving Verizon for iPhone. If only they could play nice together. However, I think Verizon is probably the problem child. But I've heard Droid is everything iPhone and then some.

One of the issues w Verizon is that they don't allow wireless. Big issue for us iPhone junkies. I HATE AT&T but grin and bear it to look as cool as I do ;)

I have to agree, OB! I would so enjoy having a Verizon iPhone.
But, the real issue is that Verizon uses a completely different method to encode their network's transmissions.
Sorry to the other comments, but those suppositions aren't it. The contract recently expired as it was only a 5 year non-compete & Verizon's offering of wireless is right in their name: Verizon Wireless.
Verizon uses CDMA tech & AT&T/Apple use GSM.
Apple has to completely gut their current iPhone programming to make it Verizon Wireless compatible before we can enjoy the best of both.
Until then, like js up there, I'll stick with my Droid Incredible, which is definitely better than the current iPhone 3. ;P
