If you were a sassy wee girl in the early '80s then get ready to ride a tidal wave of nostalgia that tastes of barrel drinks and orange Hostess cupcakes. Peaches N Cream Barbie ($61) was a shimmering and divine goddess of dollness. Her dress was so big and peachy and sparkly. Her shawl could double as a hair band or bracelet so you could even wear a piece of that orchard-inspired loveliness whenever you wanted. She sauntered across the world (your bedroom carpet) in Dallas-era splendor spreading goodwill and grace. An unyielding love for faux-rhinestone bustier ball gowns was instilled in an entire generation of dainty ladies. And then there was the commercial, which was also magical.
While we're visiting the '80s we might as well treat you to this musical gem (you're welcome).
*Editor's Note: Sorry if these are sold out on Amazon - the supply is definitely limited.
