LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4

Okay, so we're not always with it when it comes to the latest and greatest video games. But we played a bit lot of LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 ($17) on the Wii with our nephews this weekend and now we're convinced we need our own copy! It's fun, surprisingly challenging, and totally revamps our need to revisit Hogwarts and all things Potter. Since we've read the books a million times and watched the movies a thousand times, LEGO Harry Potter is a great new way to immerse ourselves in spells and Quidditch matches. It would make an excellent Christmas gift for all the other Potter fans in our lives, too!

While I haven't tried the Lego Harry Potter yet, the Lego Indiana Jones for the PS3 is amazing and hilarious. (For the original trilogy only, since the fourth movie is just bad, y'all, and should be shunned in all its forms.) It's pretty much the only game I play on my Playstation, but it is epic.

Lego Harry Potter is a lot of fun, and so is Lego Star Wars.

You may also want to write up about the new one, Years 5-7 are coming out, I think for the holidays. I'm sure there will be a combo pack of all the years or something.

Thanks for the tip, Amy C. I'll have to put 5-7 on my Christmas list!
