So I saw this and thought two things...
1) Whoever wears this might want to check into rehab or something (aren't the wine markers enough?)
2) What if you bump into someone or you're in the middle of a political-ethics conversation and then oops... there goes your gorgeous hostess dress.

I saw some people wearing these at a wine expo - it seemed to be working for them, but outside of a large scale tasting, this would be weird.

I used to work at an outdoor festival in the summer, and the sold beer by the (mini) yard on neck thongs like this. We called it "belling the cat" since you could assume if the customer were in for this, they were probably overserved already.
