Williams-Sonoma Caramel Apple Pancake Mix
If we had all the time in the world to make a full pancake breakfast from scratch before heading out the door to work in the morning, you better believe we'd do it. Buuuuut, we hit our snooze buttons a few times, take too long in the shower, and lose a shoe for at least 15 minutes every day. When we're on the ball, we get out our tin of Caramel Apple Pancake Mix ($12) from Williams-Sonoma. We still need to add the liquids and toss the batter on the griddle, but it's well worth it. Nothing says fall like a stack of warm caramel apple pancakes, and that's worth skipping a few verses of Baby, It's Cold Outside in the shower!
