Tonnino Tuna Ventresca in Spring Water

We know a lot of people have aversions to tuna. It smells funky, gets turned into things like a casserole topped with potato chips, and has the pesky habit of confusing celebrities about its origins, but this Tonnino Tuna Ventresca in Spring Water ($7) is worth writing about. Its flaky texture and fresh taste trounce the grocery store canned stuff when you're mixing up a fresh tuna salad sandwich for lunch. Plus, tuna is rich in protein, B vitamins, and omega-3 fatty acids. Which translates to healthy brain, skin, and hair. We're in.

Tastes great but be forewarned: the smell is really bad, like foul, even for tuna standards. The smell lingered on me and in my house for days.
