Trader Joe's Pumpkin Bread and Muffin Mix ($3) is just a little box of autumnal delight. Winter can be such a downer - your lips chap up, your summer glow fades, and in some regions, breathing outside becomes a challenge (We feel for you, New England!). There is an upside - warm, baked tasties aren't quite as enjoyable in the warmer months. But being snuggled up in your favorite old sweater with a hot pumpkin muffin and a old timey movie on the cold wintry nights is just about as good as it gets.
