Wisconsin may be known for it's "I could eat my weight in cheese" cheddars, but the Midwest also seems to have a monopoly on nostalgic Fall flavors. One of our favorites is the Spiced Pumpkin Seed Brittle ($14 per lb.). Made with yummies like apple cider, pumpkin spices, and of course, roasted pumpkin seeds, we have to be careful to not scarf it all down in one sitting!
