Rustic Bakery Cookies
Cookies that aren't too sweet, focusing on the star ingredients, are a recent foodie fad, and we're happy to jump on the bandwagon if it means we get to eat more of Rustic Bakery's Cookies.($6/bag) After sampling what they sent, we were all smitten with their Almond Cacao Nib Sticks, which are like mini biscotti with a heavenly almond flavor setting off the slightly bitter cacao nibs. Dunked into an Irish coffee, they're irresistible. Coming a close second was the Chocolate Cacao Nib Shortbread, dark, crumbly, and bittersweet with a sea salt finish, perfect with vanilla or hazelnut gelato. The company also has an extensive selection of homemade crackers, cereals, flatbreads, crostini, and lavash.
