We emerged from a weekend cheese coma long enough to know that the world needs more P'tit Basque Sheep Milk Cheese ($14). We gorged ourself on Basque-region cheeses when we visited Spain two years ago, so we were super excited to find this French Basque delicacy to munch on in the US.
