We've been on somewhat of a Moroccan bender lately. Between the colorful tableware and the delicious cuisine we can't see our obsession ending anytime soon. We came across these Preserved Lemons ($8) and knew we had to try them. The website says they're meant to be sliced thinly and used in stews and lentil dishes, baked with chicken or fish, or even used to craft a unique lemon martini. Has anyone tried them? What did you think?

I actually made my own preserved lemons at home. It's insanely easy, you just need a jar, some lemons and some salt. They're delicious. I put them on all kinds of things.
