You can scan the web for reasonably priced frozen passion fruit puree, wait five days for it to arrive, drive to your local market to pick up the remaining ingredients, make the crust, chill the crust, realize you don't have enough eggs, drive back to the store, prepare the tarts, over-bake the tarts, and finally pull your hair out over the hassle the pastry turned out to be. Or you can just indulge in these delicious Passion Fruit Tarts ($35). Hmmm...tough decision.
