Smooth, buttery, with a bit of nuttiness, Nancy's Camembert ($14) is one of those cheeses necessary to round out a perfect cheese platter. We love this creamy cheese smeared on a cracker, or a toasted baguette. In fact, we'd prefer to eat this for lunch, spread on a baguette and topped with fig jam, for a low-effort, high taste meal.
