Mother In Law's Kimchi

There's just something about a sandwich or burger with kimchi that is so damned good it causes us to search high and low for a jar of the stuff - to no avail. Customarily the bride's duty to learn the kimchi recipe of her mother-in-law, this 20 year old recipe takes the guess work, and leg work out of our favorite condiment. The delicious Mother In Law's Kimchi ($19) features Napa Cabbage Kimchi & Daikon versions. This artisnal kimchi uses fresh ingredients, chili peppers and spices and best of all is good for your digestion.

Wow, buzzkill.

You would have to eat an extraordinary amount of kimchi (and other pickled stuff) to have a problem. It's too bad that stuff costs so much because the daikon kind sounds awesome.
