There's just something about a sandwich or burger with kimchi that is so damned good it causes us to search high and low for a jar of the stuff - to no avail. Customarily the bride's duty to learn the kimchi recipe of her mother-in-law, this 20 year old recipe takes the guess work, and leg work out of our favorite condiment. The delicious Mother In Law's Kimchi ($19) features Napa Cabbage Kimchi & Daikon versions.
